KEY EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES:

Live Patient Externship – Advanced Implantology & Augmentation

This course is designed to take your grafting skills to the next level allowing implants to be placed in difficult cases with ease.  Grafting requires both sound knowledge and technical skill sets to be delivered in a precise and succinct manner to ensure you, the clinician, can operate with ease and know how ensuring the best outcome for your patents.

With this in mind, the program has been specifically designed to give you a sound knowledge base with hands-on components to create the best learning environment.  Coupled with the limited intake, the Australasian Implant Academy will ensure that upon leaving our course you will be able to comfortably perform the following:

• Sinus elevation both through lateral and osteotomy site access
• Maxillary alveolar ridge expansion using the latest split – cortical technique
• Mandibular Alveolar ridge expansion using Pedicled sandwich plasty (PSP)
• Block bone grafting

Bone grafting participants will also receive added guidance and education on their flapping techniques, suturing techniques and will perform multiple alveoloplasty procedures.

PRP/PRF with PHELOTOMY CERTIFICATION TRAINING PROGRAM

Program Objectives Include:
Feel comfortable performing phlebotomy procedures in your practice following completer of the course
Review the science and biology behind autologous blood concentrates (PRP and PRF)
Understand how the process works as well as the indications for proper use
Apply your knowledge by performing at the course on live patients procedures that can benefit from PRP and/or PRF (including soft tissue grafting, socket preservation, bone grafting, sinus lifts, and surgical implant placement)
