What types of courses does AIA provide for dentists?

Here at the AIA we provide Fellowship Programs starting from fundamentals to advanced implantology, bone Grafting, full arch as well as remote anchorage solutions.

The Fellowship programs are complemented by the LIVE Patient surgery programs where clinicians gain practical experience, under supervision from our mentors and lecturers, clinicians place their implants and assist a clinician partner.

The AIA LIVE Surgery programs are like no other in Australia and NZ. We have the only program in collaboration with the local Private hospital to train clinicians in General Anaesthetics facilities.

At the AIA we have launched new successful courses this year which includes a Soft Tissue and Clinical Documentation Masterclass. This class enables attendees to make periodontal plastic surgery as part of their everyday clinical practice as well as a course on Digital Dentistry and an Oral Health Therapist course.  

Who are the courses suitable for?                                        

The AIA courses are suitable for dentists at all stages of their implantology career. The courses take attendees on a comprehensive journey from fundamentals towards complex treatment planning, advanced grafting and Full Arch with immediate loading techniques as well as remote anchorage solutions.                                                   

We teach a fully digital workflow to recreate aesthetic and functional outcomes, complementing optimal oral rehabilitation.

Who are our lecturers and what do they bring to the table?

Here at the AIA we are thrilled to have a number of highly experienced and respected educators nationally and globally. AIA founders Dr Dean Licenblat, Dr Ned Restom and Dr David Bassal are experts in the field of implantology. Dr Restom and Dr Licenblat are diplomats of the American Board of Oral Implantology (ABOI). Our faculty also includes internationally renowned educators and innovators including James Rutkowski, Dr Sebastiano Andreana, Dr Dan Holtzclaw, Dr Naif Sinada, Dr Jess Liu & Dr Abbas Hassanali and many more national and international renowned educators.
